1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

EverClean provides residential, commercial, Airbnb turnover, and post-construction cleaning services in Minnesota. Service details, frequency, and pricing are confirmed at booking.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Quotes provided online are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may adjust upon site assessment. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled cleaning may incur a 50% fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

5. Liability

EverClean is fully insured. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.

6. Property Access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property. You agree to secure valuables and notify us of any hazards.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
